Maybe in the future. Hell if they bought Osiris which to my mind was an admission of idiocy insofar as they recognised they were further behind than they should be......then buying CYP is hands down a far smarter choice. However MSB has nowhere near sufficient capital to do this currently.
If they succeed with a p3 though then yes that might become a more real thought. Although the more likely outcome is some form of partnership that grows into a romantic hostile takeover.
