You are worried about the impact of recruitment for CYP.
I'll make my prediction: The FDA will allow the label extension at or around the commencement of the trial. The new government will want to see progress and success quickly, given FDA approval for kids has occurred. The horse would have bolted and the gate off the hinges at that point.
