Even with 2 years of inventory on the books, no one has been treated with the product. Will the doctors in the paediatric units go running across to the other side of the building (best case), the minute they start treating kids? Maybe, but these things will take some time to work through, let alone convincing insurance companies to cover a US$750-1000k per treatment therapy that technically hasn't had a successful adult clinical trial outcome.
In the meantime, Cynata will keep treating patients in their Phase 2 trial using MSCs at no cost to the patients.
