Pledge I stopped myself responding to your post as I was first going to - I've kept it as a draft because I realized that I was taking a lot of words and experience has taught me - you will not read a lot of words. So posting it would be wasting both of our time.

Here is a briefer response - I have already listened to the webinar you talk about. I like Eric Rose too. But I think Eric Rose has declined somewhat in his mental sharpness from what he once probably was.

I made a part transcript of what I was interested in when I was listening so I believe you are in good faith and are recalling what you heard and what you heard does mostly aligns with what I heard.

You are saying essentially that Silviu and Eric were discovering things as things went along and had discussions with the FDA - in the 70 questions (yes I noted the 70 questions reference by Eric myself) themselves and saying they did not know - all that is readily granted by me to you - but nothing changes with any of that for me.

None of what you say without being specific as hindsight in what I said do I recognize as being hindsight to me - i was speaking in my post to pfeifer - it was all foresight - so if I'm kidding myself - the kidding is certainly working.

Without you being specific about what is hindsight or about any particular thing you think I've overlooked I can't bring to mind what you apparently have in mind to even reconsider.
