It was discussed as what is considered insider trading, so the definition is a bit loose
Directors buy when they put out negative annc (but, they know good stuff are coming) and vice versa directors selling on good annc (maybe knowing that a stale period is coming?)
I'm not pointing the finger, but I don't buy the fact that annc are rushed and badly worded - as an announcement would go through quite a few eyes before it get signed off and published on the ASX
