I'll try to say it as simply as I can as to why starting material matters...
Limitless starting material vs. limited starting material!
Minimal expansion on MSC level vs. maxed out MSC expansion in order to obtain enough cells for your treatments.
Of course 3d would also be able to reduce Cynata's cost, but Cynata doesn't need it!
