ANYBODY with little savings and cash holdings... has NO better and safer option to keep his/her cash than in the bank.
As for the USA trilemma - Treasury wants $ to be at the centre of global finance; Fed wants to make monetary policy for US alone; State uses $ payment system as a weapon. Not exactly solved by the Cyprus template. Is it?
