This will aid and hasten the establishment of BRICKs Development Bank. The BRICKs are meeting in South Africa now. This deal is just so very handy for the birth of the BRICKs bank.
The losers from this deal, if passed, will be Russian interets directly, and the IMF and the USD system indirectly.
The BRICKs bank will not be dealing in USD.
