Q: Is it not the case that the chinese system of governance spreads right THROUGH, or is expected of, all levels of organizations, particularly if they are "public" (as well as private) and/or have foreign (business) connections, the latter being critical to the economy, central to the system's take on all things?

If the above is true, or largely true, then your interpretation of the posts here and labling them; "blanket RADICAL judgement" is unjustified.
