I do agree with your reflection that "the world" may not justifisbly be differentiating between chinese people and the chinese government ... but in this conversation here I think all posters have been reasonably clear we are talking about the chinese government, and in my case I have even been more specific, talking about system of governANCE. So, I though your otherwise/albiet valid comment but (naturally persuming) applying it to this conversation was unjustified, but regardless, no offence taken.
