Can't see any implications for AVX in this action. Was best outcome for AVX that Progen deal and huge dilution did not go ahead. Just have to wait on J&J/Tibotec outcome, and terms of any deal. Other elements of pipeline continue to move along.
With successfull recent capital raising we are in a very good position to negotiate a very good, company making deal,in very near future.
