Hey folks,
I'm a UNV shareholder, and as you'd all know, your company is attempting to acquire mine. There's a 20c cash bid in place with 1 CoAL share for every UNV share held. Having looked at the CoAL finances, which I do not like, what are the redeeming features for CZA, and why should UNV holders accept this deal? Especially given the very low liquidity for CZA shares.
Not meant as an attack - please note that - but merely interested in hearing some differing views on CZA and the potential here, should this deal go ahead.
