I have checked out the egoli article. Thanks for the heads up.I have seen a similar article on globalcoal.com. Both agree that global coal prices are surging due to increasing demand and infrastructure issues. The macro situation looks good for CZA barring a significant recession in the US.

I haven't seen any reserach updates on GVM over here (I am guessing you are from the UK). What was the new valuation? The latest trading update is encouraging (29/11).

Also of interest is the Xstrata takeover offer for Resource Pacific. May provide clues as to the valuation of CZA.
