What the hell is going on here, why would CZD vest it's interest...

    What the hell is going on here, why would CZD vest it's interest in AOD9604 to ATOS Wellness? (a Company that is almost broke from what I see) and pay them $500,000 to boot for the privilege , CZD get half of ATW? that doesn't sound like a great deal for us shareholders of CZD, it would be a different story if ATW had quite a sum of money to develop AOD9604? but they don't, are we being sold a pup here, thoughts anyone especially CZD shareholders?
