Drill, Kate didnt tell me who, and I didnt ask.
I asked her what grounds she thought they had to knock back Brzkov (as I believe they dont have any)and she said they had been advised that what environment minister had done with the other apps. was illegal and that they had been asked to resubmit.
Hopefully things go better this time.
