It all doesnt make sense.
Why?
Well, I seem to remember Dave saying that he believes they were Asked to apply.
Uran then goes and applies.
Now if they get knocked back on them like the last time then I think Uran should stop dealing with whom ever they are dealing with, because this will now have been 2 bum steers that they have followed.
If not then we got plenty of Lobbying to sell the market :P
