No assets were for sale. It was just a transfer of ownership to another interested shareholder based on DD. And yes, the company is a disaster a year ago and now even more. US operations have challenges and Curragh cant turn a profit and if it does it so small you can't see it. Up and until US operations became stuffed it was the $ earner for Coronado. I lost money on a longer term holding but traded successfully on it and the received one big dividend. Stay away!
