Reading that 2nd page that you posted sure did show that the Majors of some of those towns will not budge.

What I meant overall was, there is kate explaining things nice and casual on one page. (and I must say, well explained kate).

However on that other page, was what the locals (major included) really thought. I just thought there was a big contrast between the two pages, thats all.

I agree that the company should have prepared for the speeding ticket and used it for a bit of positive information. That is, if such info exists...lol
