Before elections and after signing memorandum of understanding some parties fabulated affair around Cinovec lithium mine. As a consequence lower house assigned to the government of Czech Republic to elaborate analysis on what options Czech Republic has to profit from Cinovec project. So these options are just a perspective of Czech Government on what are the options to deal with Cinovec project, nothing more.
There is no timeframe but in all three options there is said EMH will finish DFS first.
