Not sure entry of Diamo is necessary but probably good for Babis to keep his face. I believe it is really only about how much and at what price. I am fine with everything between 0% and 10% as far as they pay for it for at least market price. Having Diamo in is great for us to go more smoothly through bureaucracy as it will be direct state interest to keep things up to track. On the other hand Diamo itself is bureaucratic and slow so better not have their share too big to not slow us down. But I am not the one negotiating
