Mokrop, thanks for the info, at least that explains why Kate is on the Airplane right now.

Question is though, will the locals buy it, or are they still too green and untrusting of any western or eatern countries for that matter to take part in such activities?

My guess is they dont want to have mining as such but they like the thought of what it economically means, would this be right?

Whether Kate signs a deal or not is another thing, perhaps is this just one last hurdle to overcome and if they can word and assure the locals then they will get the thumbs up not long after this one would imagine~!
