My reply at the time;

"Firstly Ingvestor thanks for the idea. Some merit there. Worth revisiting in 2008....if no developments or acceptable disclosure."

Many of us thought that by end of December we would get a deal/announcement on developments.

We didnt. Some of us, emailed the company that month pre empting this. My December 1 email was replied to.....45 days later.
Over that time we have Ukraine Govt finalisation yet no update to the market.

Your idea is now just about ready to embrace I would think.

I can only speak here for myself, but I would think if nothing eventuates in the next several weeks, culminating in the return of staff from CIS, then we need to look at that option.
