The Cobalt sector allocation in my opinion is right time at this moment to have exposure to, as Lithium comes off the boil for a short while. Cobalt stocks are very rare on the ASX and CZN has the projects to build shareholder wealth.

At this juncture, the single most important underlying fundamental driver for Cobalt is the spot price and more importantly the inventory warehouse levels. Both are currently inversely correlated indicating bullish demand. Cobalt spot prices are pointing higher over time and warehouse levels are dropping with supply constraints.



Then we have CZNs fundamentals and potential into the rising PoCobalt and demand from global Lithium batteries. Two high impact projects to take forward are the Mt Gilmore NSW and Lynn Lake Canada.

Mt Gilmore has 1 meter highest intercepts of 3.38% Co, 3.18% Co and 4.92g/t of Gold in NSW with exploration commencing on the 4th of July with significant newsflow to follow.



Lynn Lake project in Canada targeting Nickel Copper Cobalt with IP surveys identifying literally 30 targets with high IP anomalies for further testing.  This is an extremely prospective project and the concept is a Voisey Bay type of deposit which is Canada's top 3, all time producing Nickel orebody with by credits.



Cash in the bank as at 30th June was $935k. Recently another $1million was raised to fund exploration totalling $1.935million in cash in bank. Current market cap is only ~$9.3m. Potentially a few of bags in the making here on exploration success.

I rate CZN a speculative BUY. Current state ACCUMULATION.
