I've been charting for many years now. Many many years. And I can see a pennant flying. The flagpole is vertical and formed on immense volume (~400M), then the pennant has formed on very light volume - in fact decreasing volume). I believe some good assays will bump this to almost 7c, being the size of the previous flagpole move, and consistent with a previous ceiling.
