My take that buying has stalled and the SP is retreating daily because the most bullish are sated.
The entity making the offer is a No Name so we all want a considerable margin for the risk. The situation would be different if RIO or Twiggy or some such were making the offer- the margin would be a lot less.
If the SP continues to fall then the margin could become attractive to some punters again.
Something like that.
