Id prefer a partial sale of considerably less value and go into production. with the partial sale funding at least 60% of start up costs.
I think a lot of people are getting carried away just because the FE spot price is so high lately.
to give a better perspective the 3 - 5 year outlook on FE is around 50USD p/T according to some data.
Even some of the partial sale to fund the gold tenement would be nice.
Time will tell hopefully not bursting to many peoples dreams of retirement.
