Strike 20m deal not much joy for SH. 7m loan payout and rest to fund working capital for expansion of Chile IO project. No mention at all of onslow terminal.
We will know soon enough what our transaction means.
My musing for example is if the deal is to fund mesa f then thats $108m for lets say 25%. This values 25% at 110m or 100% at $432m or 8.5x current MC of $50m.
