Yeah nothing to be exuberant about with two 1m share buys, big volume and a close on the high.
Board has recommended this in absence to a superior proposal. One may very well emerge given the dominant WA players won't be likely to let a foreign enterprise grab this.
It's a big premium to pre-stock trading price too, even this deal is a huge improvement premium wise to the last WA based takeover I justed experienced (TPD and STX).
