Can pretty well cut the SOI in half when thinking about that due to the MC holding.
It has been good to get the stock price up but yes with no detailed indication of how the funds will be spent if the deal does happen understand what you mean.
Never suggested $2 myself.
This is a good start and my hope/expectation is for 50-60c result.
Anything else would be a bonus (if there were multiple further bids for example).
Time will tell.
