I looked at the $108m capex as 25% of the company based on DFS npv. I assessed that buyin or offtake would have funded the capital. Not 85% as presented to us.
Further if MC sells his 15% to Miracle then deal is done. if he doesnt then wait and see.
Interesting times next week IMO. Anyone interested would be working on figures this weekend. If no offers next week then make up your own minds on next steps.
