A RIO approach makes perfect sense.
One would think any other approaches would land before the notice of meeting distribution or alternatively before the end February meeting.
Not long to see how this plays out.
Interesting trading so far today- as soon as that 720,000 buy at .35 went up it seemed likely the price would get down to get it filled...
