It's out of CZR control though but longer the incoming bid takes, more time parties will have to assess the situation and strategize the takeover.

Even if it sells for $102m, company will have 15% of the mine, plus $1m exc fee plus $3.9m project expenditure covered by Miracle. Too good to turn down while still holding 15% of the mine. Only matter of time. Tik-tok-tik-tok!
