It's probably not worth more than the current SP, which sits at around the PV of the total consideration offered. Risk would be maybe the FIRB approval. If that doesn't pass, then likely SP will drop back down to the undisturbed level. My point is, is this is probably the best offer (although unsure of buyer motivation), so hopefully it passes and some money comes back to SH's, otherwise I can't see how this will get up. All the majors (MRL, RIO) already have their tonnes prioritised. If they were interested in this, it would come way down the track at the back end of the mine plan. Not worth paying the money today for something they could probably pick back up for cheaper in the future, if it really came to that (doubt it)
