A company has offered $102m for majority share of the project and you are hosing it down as they have made a wrong decision. For starters, companies don't just get in control of that much cash. They work hard and know the business. As opposed to someone like you who has only handful of posts only on this stock has little credibility. Like do people listen to an official $100m offer or 3 post guy. If you had said the same prior to this offer with more post history then I would say you making sense but for now I will stick to the offer on the table.
