Yeah , I guess time will tell as to whether the Market wants to re-rate this on account of the, Gold , Lithium , green iron Magnetite , and the 50% PAC ownership with the 66% take or pay rights........But if you look just at an arbitrary comparative view taken by say throwing out an MDX or FEX as a comparative market cap example - as a somewhat diversified player(s) , you get a whole lot more than just the current $80.15 million at 34.5 cents for CZR.
