The key here is MC and his effective 68% that cannot vote on the miracle offer. So the 6% of volume is 6/32 or nearing 20% of available.
I was expecting a substantial notice by the 19th but none posted so not too sure who is buying if FMR and RIO not shown their cards as yet.
If a new bid is forthcoming I now feel that the deal will be done with MC (off market) and us plebs will get the run off of that deal.
