I think its too late. Shareholders would have approved sale.

Any bids need to be before vote to create options but also price confusion.

I also believe FMG could block and then start process with RIO and MC. My expected outcome.

There has been no volume and no substaintial holder updates so i think FMG holds all the cards.

I am also peeved that the cash return options to SH have not been offered.

A once off buy back or cap return or unfranked div would go a long way to getting SH support.

one has to ask why this has not happened?? I am still waiting for this before the vote.
