    This is not a pump and dump- there was real news- but punters wanted a risk premium- the difference between the offer and the SP- and the gap is only getting wider.

    Buying demand seemed to stall and now holders are afraid of becoming 'baggies'.

    That is my take, anyway.

    Good luck to all holders.
