That said, recent capital raising that have involved mark creasy being a major shareholder have all be done at a significant premium to the last market price, have a look at the most recent being ZAG.
Mark Creasy owns 53% of CZR, and is as smart as they come. He would be well aware of the benefits of doing a capital raise at a premium (refer to ZAG chart before and after the CR).
