@gberra just to clarify, nothing would make me happier than to ring the register with CZR and bank the $$$'s however I don't want the company just to give it away for a fraction of its value and secondly, the DFS tables that the projects free cash flow for either CZR or someone else.

In my opinion, RIO with eventually pay +70c for Robe Mesa or +$1 for the entire company.
