Tradesmade commented on the port which got me thinking. Is the port itself attractive to Rio? If CZR think its the best way to go, and with the groundwork already done, does Rio start looking at how they can save money with what they are going to dig up. Could be an extra shine they see when looking at CZR, perhaps.
