I am following MC here. He wants to be the king maker and hasnt sold or ann his intentions on his 15% controlling stake.
I would like to know the intention with the excess capital (sbb) (div) (more acquisitions) (dev of ashburton) (etc) by my estimate about $60m after the ann allocation for future exploration.
I am assuming this will be ann after the deal is locked in (post firb)
So I am paitently waiting for the outcome. The no deal risk is low IMO but the final price is high risk.
