Hi @mad max Miacle Iron should have paid CZR a 1 million dollar exclusivity fee now that the relevant Chinese regulatory body (CDNR) has approval the sale.This exclusivity agreement stops us from engaging with 3rd parties in relation to the sale of Robe Mesa. I don't think it stops a 3rd party from submitting to CZR an unsolicited competent proposal that on the boards recommendation is superior to Miracle Iron's offer thus becoming a superior proposal.Miracle iron have first rights to submit a counter proposal as so forth. Who knows the hold up with FIRB!!!! Miracle Iron parent company (XJMC) is relatively small with a $800 MC.There are a few Chinese mining companies operating in Australia with truly horrible human rights,environmental and governance issues the worst being Zijin re Norton goldfields so I guess that won't be an issue for FIRB. IMO ....
