To my way of thinking HRZ has done nothing on burbanks and probably waiting for Hansen overhang to leave.
Now they have clean game plan they can start up mining and get internal cash to proceed.
Main risk is the toll and mining contracts being one sided and no cash produced if they low grade to chase out disgruntled shareholders.
I give that risk 50/ 50, the cynic that i am
