The only one I am aware that FIRB has approved by an outside Asian entity is Stockland's Thai investment partner for its property development of $1B. Being Thai and not Chinese makes a big difference. Other than that, I have not seen any other Asian related let alone Chinese related approvals by FIRB over the last 12 months.
Can you kindly provide the names of the companies that you have seen that had these other deals approved over the last 12 months?
