The announcement reads corporate transaction. Not JV, merger, cornerstone investor etc. To me it reads like it's an outright sale of Robe Mesa but not the whole company. How the transaction could happen is uncertain.
Perhaps $/tonne payment via special dividend? All script offer?
It has me stumped and I like the rest of you cannot wait to find out.
