I own a site on which (in all probability) three town houses can be constructed but I don't yet have a DA in place.
I'm considering selling. So would obtaining a DA enable me to achieve a higher selling price?
I've had discussions with a Town Planner. They maintain that getting DA would not be an issue and put the cost at between $10,000-$15,000.
So the question is whether or not obtaining a DA would result in more profit?
Some Agents say yes and others say no?
