I first bought this stock the day before the trading halt and...

I first bought this stock the day before the trading halt and the D&C announcment (around $2.6), bad timing, such is life. I have since averaged down but still think the potential of the company is good over the long term (being one of the lowest cost producers when it gets to that stage, and that being the case will remain profitable even if IO prices are down).

Hoever I thought that the D&C issue would have been resolved by now, i think the last time i read it would be resolved in October.

Have i missed something, or is anyone aware of news coming?
