    new to this one but having a read over the 6/8 announcement looks as if SRK are in the drivers seat with this deal. D & C have to make a counter offer by 2/10 if they do they have to pay out SRK loan to AF of approx. $33.8mill., if they dont make a counter offer SRK buys the remaining 50% in AF for $3.2mill.
    Alright guys whats the down side?
