    That is what it says in the ASX releases from 2006: that this was settled with ARM, Anglo, Genorah and the DME (what the DMR was known back then).

    I too am concerned that the facts are not being presented correctly.

    I wonder what has happened to the other usual posters: Stagman, Lengming, Topwon and of course, Brenden? Love to hear their thoughts.

    It is going to be a loooooooooooong weekend.
